Job Description
Job purpose: Purpose of this position is to define and establish new data analytics solutions for whole mobility company world wide. Furthermore initiate enhancements of existing solutions to cover requirements of BBM GBs, central departments and central directives. Those data solutions are part of digital transformation and supporting the implementation of new working procedures to achieve mobility company targets.
Key activities:
Special projects: Define data analytics solutions for whole mobility company as well as requirement management for various international stakeholders
Develop and improve complex data backends of data analytics solutions as well as corresponding UIs
Monitor whole solutions and create comprehensive documentation as base for clear world wide communication,
Training & Development: Conduct trainings and support for developed solutions world wide
Compliance: Meet commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives.
Network:
BBM GBs, BBM BUs and BBM entities: Alignment on solution requirements
C/SCL, M/BD, M/LO, Central Directives: Alignment of architecture and IT solution standards
Qualifications
Education: BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) / MCA
Experience: Overall 7 - 8 years experience in logistics (physical & planning logistics) / supply chains, Experience of working in cross-functional, cross-location, matrix organization, IPN networks, Multi-annual operative experience in logistics processes, our SAP-systems (ERP, APO) and development of data analytics solutions.
Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of end-to-end supply chain & logistics processes, Proficient knowledge of IT tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, AZURE, Power-BI etc.), Proficient knowledge of SQL programming language, data architecture (how to collect, store, arrange, integrate) and how to put in use (desirable)
Functional skills: Proficient communication within international as well as multi-culture environment to stakeholders, Agile working methods within international team setup, Competent problem solving & data analytics skills.
