You will serve as a Power BI Report Developer, collaborating closely with functional and business teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions and critical insights that optimize business performance and guide strategic decisions. Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions for Engineering, R&D, or Product Development organizations is a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, performing complex data analysis using SQL, supporting predictive analytics initiatives, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

- 5+ years of transferable experience.
- Proven track record of success in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related roles.
- Advanced to expert-level Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience developing complex queries and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across teams.
