This position is responsible for providing cyber security consulting, architecture, assessment, and implementation services for industrial control systems and operational technology environments. Key responsibilities include leading customer workshops, conducting IEC 62443-based risk assessments, developing secure architectures, and delivering cybersecurity solutions that enhance the security and resilience of critical infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership role in assigned projects ensuring project delivered on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Keep technically current with the cyber security solutions, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated network disciplines
- Maintain cyber security certifications
- Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc.
- Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, OT/IT Security, or related engineering disciplines, including experience conducting cybersecurity assessments, consulting engagements, and implementing security solutions within industrial environments.
- CISSP, GICSP, IEC 62443, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Experience leading cyber security risk assessment workshops and consulting engagements.
- Experience conducting IEC 62443-based Cyber Security Risk Assessments and developing remediation roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and ACSC guidance.
- Experience designing and implementing OT/IT cybersecurity solutions, including network segmentation, industrial DMZs, remote access, and defense-in-depth architectures.
WE Value:
- Knowledge of Process Control Systems, DCS, SCADA, and industrial network technologies is a plus.
- Experience performing vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus and Nmap.
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, ACLs, and secure network design.
- Experience with Cisco networking and security technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, virtualization platforms (VMware), and Windows/Linux security.
- Ability to develop functional specifications, detailed design documentation, and cybersecurity architecture deliverables.
- Excellent customer engagement, workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for complex network, cybersecurity, and system integration issues.
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements - Requires 30– 40% travel
Industry experience preferred Operational Technology (OT) environments, particularly within mining or large-scale industrial sectors.

Skills Required
