What would your role be?

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

• Collaborate and Innovate: Be hands-on in exciting projects as a lead engineer, working on:
  • Automation of cloud and on-prem infrastructure solutions
  • PKI, HSMs, Crypto Agility, and Post-Quantum Cryptography
  • Data Encryption and Secrets Management
  • Emerging technologies like E-Signing and Blockchain
• Drive Impact: Take ownership of the operation and continuous improvement of Encryption Services-related systems.
• Lead and Inspire: Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and have the opportunity to grow into a team leadership role, combining technical ownership with people management.
• Learn and Grow: Participate in software development and DevOps activities, while continuously developing your skills and expertise.
• Coordinate and Deliver: Manage small to mid-size IT projects with a focus on collaboration and results.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience with tools and solutions related to PKI, HSMs, Azure KeyVault, certificate and secrets management, ACME, and optionally Blockchain technologies.
• A solid understanding of enterprise architectures and virtualization platforms.
• Hands-on experience with both on-prem and cloud solutions.
• Software development skills (ideally in Python and Java).
• A growth mindset: You’re eager to learn, take responsibility, and continuously develop yourself.
• A collaborative spirit: You thrive in a dynamic, agile team environment.
