Job SummaryThe Advanced Contract Specialist is responsible for developing master documents and/or account-specific financial agreements, including phases of research drafting, coordination of internal approvals, filing of language with the local department of insurance, programming and implementation; and providing consultative services to multiple corporate areas. The person in this role will create and maintain provider reports and serve as a subject matter expert for Conga. In addition, this person will manage ad-hoc requests for the credentialing and re-credentialing processes, update provider demographic information, and pull contracts for legal, audit, and compliance purposes.Required Job Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in health insurance contract and claim administration agreement and financial agreement development.
- Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and other contract specialists.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- PC proficiency to include Word and desktop publishing application.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Conga and Salesforce experience
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
