- Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
- Participates in resolution of customer complaints/issues.
Skills Required
- Three or more years of direct, relevant experience
- Ability to work with little to no direction
- Experience with application or product launch testing, data analysis, and communicating results
- Experience developing technical and product specifications
- Experience troubleshooting customer issues and participating in complaint resolution
