- Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.
- Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
- Participates in resolution of customer complaints/issues.
Skills Required
- Three plus years direct, relevant experience
- Ability to operate with little to no direction (work independently)
- Experience with tooling design and flow modeling
- Experience developing test plans, performing data analysis, and communicating results
- Customer-facing troubleshooting and complaint resolution skills; ability to educate external customers
