Are you ready to be a member of an outstanding team at Micron? As an ADT PROCESS ENGINEERING CMP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transferring new technology to OMT, ensuring top-level operations, and achieving our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities

• Finish all necessary safety training and guarantee that all tasks are carried out following Micron's safety regulations.
• Develop a team culture that highlights individual strengths and aligns skills with responsibilities.
• Develop and sustain connections with essential internal and external collaborators to guarantee that technology transfer is in line with Micron's objectives.
• Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment.
• Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules.
• Support continuous improvement through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, and Business Processes.
• Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members.

Preferred Education and Experience

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in CMP.
• At least 3 years' experience as a leader or manager.
• Proven ability to partner successfully with various groups and build strong peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills.
