We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to help our clients grow through smart strategy, hands-on execution, and clear reporting. This role is primarily focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign creation, creative development, optimization, and performance analysis.

You’ll manage and optimize multiple accounts, monitor performance trends, and drive consistent month-over-month improvements using data-based decision-making. This role also requires creative execution using Canva to develop ad visuals and video assets. Experience with Google PPC is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Management (Primary)
    • Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple clients (lead generation, traffic, awareness, retargeting, etc.)
    • Develop campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
    • Continuously test creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance
    • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
    • Manage retargeting strategies and full-funnel campaign setups
  • Creative Development (Canva)
    • Create ad creatives using Canva (static images, simple videos, variations for testing)
    • Develop multiple creative versions for A/B testing
    • Collaborate on messaging, hooks, and visual direction for campaigns
    • Ensure creatives align with client branding and campaign goals
  • Tracking, Reporting & Insights
    • Monitor key metrics (leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, where applicable)
    • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities
    • Make data-based optimization decisions to improve results
    • Provide clear performance summaries and next steps
    • Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend improvements
  • Account Monitoring & Optimization at Scale
    • Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts
    • Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and optimize accordingly
    • Apply learnings and winning strategies across accounts
    • Maintain consistent performance improvements over time
  • Client Communication
    • Share campaign insights and recommendations in clear, simple language
    • Set expectations around performance, testing, and optimization timelines
    • Provide strategic recommendations to improve results

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization strategies
  • Experience creating ad creatives using Canva (images and basic video editing)
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Clear communication and reporting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads / Google PPC campaign management
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and pixels
  • Experience with retargeting and full-funnel strategies
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts
  • A/B testing experience across creatives and audiences

Bonus Points

  • Experience improving lead quality (not just volume)
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ll be juggling a lot of moving parts)
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data at scale and translating it into clear action steps
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining results to clients
  • Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards (and the curiosity to dig in and troubleshoot)

Our commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including:

  • Paid time off and paid provincial holidays to facilitate strong work-life balance
  • Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families
