What you’ll be doing

As an Ad Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure ad and promos campaigns are set up and running smoothly, monitored effectively, and analyzed for ongoing performance improvements. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, combining hands-on execution with analytical insight to optimize ad delivery and outcomes.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
  • Set up and launch ad and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, using dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and proactively adjust.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and stay within budget.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to campaign delivery, collaborating with technical stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards in cooperation with the BI team.
  • Share campaign results and actionable insights with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Our humble expectations 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform performance improvements; SQL skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Georgian
