Now we’re looking for a Ads Compliance Manager to join our Agency team and ensure strict adherence to Facebook and TikTok advertising policies across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily reviews of client ad accounts (Facebook / TikTok).
- Identify potential policy violations and proactively notify clients about risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with TikTok Advertising Policies.
- Monitor Facebook Ads Policies, maintaining flexibility only within allowed limits.
- Record all findings and violations in structured internal reports.
- Communicate with clients regarding creative or setup issues.
- Handle support interactions and unban requests when required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
- Stress resilience and clear, professional communication.
- Openness to feedback and readiness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and systematic work approach.
- Basic understanding of Facebook or TikTok advertising.
- Experience in moderation, compliance, or support communication.
- Familiarity with advertising policy logic and platform regulations
