Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with

  • Empower new and existing clients to adopt our Sourcing products confidently and successfully

  • Run engaging client training sessions, product demos, webinars and in-person presentations

  • Help users truly understand how our tools support their business needs and elevate performance

  • Create and share collateral, tips and best practice guides that enhance the adoption journey

  • Be the connector between clients, product and internal teams – sharing insights and trends for future enhancements

  • Spot opportunities for product growth and increased usage through genuine client relationships

  • Represent Iress at roadshows, events and user groups to showcase value and drive engagement

What you will bring

This role is made for a people-person with influence, curiosity and a proactive spark. You’ll thrive if you are someone who:

  • Loves building meaningful client relationships and being a trusted partner

  • Is confident presenting (in person or online) and can translate tech into real-world benefits

  • Brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through

  • Is self-driven, organised and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment

  • Communicates clearly, listens well and knows how to build momentum with clients

  • Has experience in financial services (bonus if you’ve worked with Life Insurance or Mortgages)

  • Enjoys helping others learn, adopt and get the most out of technology

Experience in influencing, account management, client training, or product adoption is highly regarded – but above all, we’re looking for passion, curiosity and the ability to connect with people.
