Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with
Empower new and existing clients to adopt our Sourcing products confidently and successfully
Run engaging client training sessions, product demos, webinars and in-person presentations
Help users truly understand how our tools support their business needs and elevate performance
Create and share collateral, tips and best practice guides that enhance the adoption journey
Be the connector between clients, product and internal teams – sharing insights and trends for future enhancements
Spot opportunities for product growth and increased usage through genuine client relationships
Represent Iress at roadshows, events and user groups to showcase value and drive engagement
What you will bring
This role is made for a people-person with influence, curiosity and a proactive spark. You’ll thrive if you are someone who:
Loves building meaningful client relationships and being a trusted partner
Is confident presenting (in person or online) and can translate tech into real-world benefits
Brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through
Is self-driven, organised and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
Communicates clearly, listens well and knows how to build momentum with clients
Has experience in financial services (bonus if you’ve worked with Life Insurance or Mortgages)
Enjoys helping others learn, adopt and get the most out of technology
Experience in influencing, account management, client training, or product adoption is highly regarded – but above all, we’re looking for passion, curiosity and the ability to connect with people.
