At Incubeta we help clients such as McDonald's, Radisson, Odigeo, Puig, Dolce & Gabbana, Lastminute, Ferrero, Real Madrid, Wallapop, EFE, and many others - increase their sales through their online advertising. Every client we work with is different (including various clients in different verticals), and each presents its own difficulties that often require bespoke solutions.
Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Incubeta team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes, and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.
What will you learn:
- Create dashboards and analyze and report performance from those dashboards and health checks with associated weekly commentaries,
- Conduct historical (weekly/monthly) campaign performance analysis to help make informed decisions with support from the rest of the team,
- Participate in auditories to measure the health of GAM 360 networks and implementations,
- Set marketing strategies, monitor performance, and identify and implement optimizations,
- Dashboarding in Looker Studio for client reports,
- Provide proactive recommendations and program insights,
- Deliver actionable and optimization-based insights,
- Create and design proposals,
- Trafficking CM 360 and GAM 360 campaigns and delivering ad-hoc platform training to clients,
- Contributing to offering consultancy services and solutions to clients.
About You:

- You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- You speak and write in advanced Spanish & English (Italian would be a super plus)
- Google Ad Manager 360 & Campaign Manager 360 Certification or experience in any ad server would be a plus but not a requirement
- You have strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email, and presentation
- You must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
- You’re capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
- You can sign an agreement with a university or business school.
