L’administrateur(trice) réseau est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, du support et de la gestion des réseaux dans les environnements de centre de données, campus et WAN.
Le(la) candidat(e) doit posséder une expérience variée couvrant différentes technologies réseau, une excellente compréhension des fonctions et fondamentaux réseau, ainsi qu’une expérience dans des infrastructures complexes multi-fournisseurs.
Le rôle implique également une bonne compréhension des interactions entre technologies d’infrastructure et systèmes d’exploitation, avec la capacité de concevoir, déployer et maintenir des solutions réseau.
Une connaissance approfondie des marchés financiers et des technologies associées (multicast, plateformes à faible latence) est requise.
Responsabilités
Assurer le support de niveau 2 et 3 pour les infrastructures Wifi, LAN, MAN et WAN;
Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion de production, d’architecture et de support applicatif pour recueillir les besoins réseau et déployer les infrastructures nécessaires;
Travailler avec les équipes d’ingénierie et de support pour résoudre des problèmes complexes multi-plateformes;
Suivre les normes internes en matière de gestion des services, supervision, alertes et gestion des incidents;
Maintenir les standards pour la gestion des actifs et des configurations;
Respecter les politiques TI, notamment en matière de sécurité et de gouvernance;
Assurer l’alignement avec les standards technologiques globaux et locaux;
Concevoir et améliorer les infrastructures réseau existantes;
Proposer de manière proactive des améliorations basées sur la capacité, la résilience et les risques;
Participer à l’astreinte (rotation de support) en dehors des heures normales;
Appliquer les procédures et politiques internes.
Qualifications
Baccalauréat en informatique, technologies de l’information ou expérience équivalente;
Expérience avec divers systèmes d’exploitation, outils NMS et d’automatisation (Zabbix, ServiceNow, HP Network Automation, Windows, Linux, Ansible, Python);
Bonne maîtrise d’Excel (graphiques, RECHERCHEV, tableaux croisés dynamiques);
Sens du détail et organisation;
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe multidisciplinaire globale;
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité d’apprentissage;
Bonnes habiletés relationnelles et sens du service client;
Capacité à produire de la documentation technique et des schémas réseau;
Solide compréhension des concepts réseau (TCP/IP, UDP, ports, protocoles, adressage IP, subnetting);
Sécurité réseau (Zero Trust, protection DDoS);
Dépannage avancé (Wireshark, tcpdump, télémétrie);
Technologies réseau : Metro Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, DWDM, TDM;
Protocoles de routage : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VXLAN, DHCP, DNS;
Multicast IP : PIM, IGMP, MSDP;
Systèmes optiques (ADVA – 10G, 40G, 100G, Fibre Channel);
Équipements Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASR) et Juniper (EX);
Excellente communication en anglais. La connaissance de l'anglais est requise, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des équipes à l'extérieur du Québec.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience
- Experience with various operating systems, NMS tools, and automation tools
- Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)
- Proficient in troubleshooting using Wireshark and tcpdump
- Excellent communication in English
