We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Admission & Registration Officer to support student admissions, registration processes, and records management. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants and enrolled students while maintaining compliance with institutional policies.
1. Admission Processing & Applicant Support
- Guide applicants (walk-in, phone, online) through the admissions process
- Review applications and ensure completeness
- Communicate acceptance decisions and follow up on missing documents
- Track payments, contracts, and required forms
- Prepare acceptance letters and official communications
- Update applicant status in the Student Information System (SIS)
2. Financial Aid Coordination
- Handle documentation for financial aid programs (e.g., Daeem, Tamooh, Tamkeen, Forsan)
- Prepare contracts, promissory notes, and agreements
- Maintain accurate records in SIS and internal systems
- Coordinate with Legal Affairs for contract validation
3. Student ID Card Management
- Verify eligibility and issue student ID cards
- Manage reprints and maintain issuance logs
4. File & Document Management
- Organize and maintain student records
- Track missing and submitted documents
- Ensure secure storage and easy retrieval of files
5. Student Services & Technical Support
- Respond to student inquiries (SIS, email, Blackboard access)
- Process withdrawals, reactivations, and major changes
- Issue official documents (transcripts, letters, study plans)
- Support students during registration periods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, registration, or student services
- Strong knowledge of SIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
