About the RoleAspire Steps CIC is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support our team with essential day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, clear communication, and helping a team run smoothly. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our internal processes on track, supporting our educational mission for students aged 15–19.
ResponsibilitiesManage internal communications: respond to emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate team tasks.
Review volunteer, ambassador, and collaborator applications for completeness and eligibility.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records and updating shared documents.
Attend team meetings, take notes, and contribute to logistics planning.
Assist with occasional outreach and follow-up emails when required.
Comfortable using Zoho Workplace (or willing to learn quickly).
Open to applicants in Year 12 or above (college, university, or early career welcome).
Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks.
Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
Experience in administration and team coordination within a social impact organisation.
Improved communication and organisational skills.
Insight into the operations of a Community Interest Company (CIC) supporting young people.
A reference or certificate recognising your contribution as a volunteer.
