About the Role

Aspire Steps CIC is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support our team with essential day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, clear communication, and helping a team run smoothly. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our internal processes on track, supporting our educational mission for students aged 15–19.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal communications: respond to emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate team tasks.

  • Review volunteer, ambassador, and collaborator applications for completeness and eligibility.

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records and updating shared documents.

  • Attend team meetings, take notes, and contribute to logistics planning.

  • Assist with occasional outreach and follow-up emails when required.

Requirements
  • Comfortable using Zoho Workplace (or willing to learn quickly).

  • Open to applicants in Year 12 or above (college, university, or early career welcome).

  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks.

  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and respond to team requests in a timely manner.
