Job Description:

  • Full-time, fixed-term role (37.5 hours/week) until December 2026
  • Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
  • Initial training: first 4 weeks based on-site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday
  • Induction: you will also be required to attend an in-person, 1.5 day, induction at our offices in Bovington

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate officer and outreach events
  • Liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities 
  • Conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria.
  • Match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity.
  • Collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication.

What we’re looking for:

Essential Skills

  • IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must have previous administration experience
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage
