Job Description
This role is responsible for following standardised processes and providing administrative support in line with normal business functioning. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering on daily production standards and adherence to service and quality standards.Responsibilities- To correctly prepare bonus recommendations and correctly write the bonus recommendation letter.
- Correctly uploading Accumulations onto Compen.
- Correctly writing a memo to Client Relations Manager to issue a BBA (Basis Book Amendment) debiting the fund with the charges for the bonus recommendation.
- Correcting Employee Benefit Certificates to be printed and dispatched for schemes wholly invested in the guaranteed fund and the accumulation schedules.
- Correcting Employee Benefit Certificates and accumulation schedules to be printed for schemes where trustees recommend the Bonus rate.
- Controls to be correctly updated on receipt of BBA on charges for bonus recommendation.
- To correctly check Payroll data received from clients and write to clients where data is inconsistent.
- Downloading data from Compen and correctly matching reference numbers.
- Correctly sanitizing Excel data and creating upload files.
- Attending to all written and telephone queries
- Filing all documents in chronological order.
