Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with agent onboarding, including background checks, documentation verification, and progress tracking. 

  • Prepare, verify, and organize agent‑related documents and records, and maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems.

  • Support the handling of undelivered mail/emails and ensure timely resolution by processing returned correspondence, coordinating with agents, updating tracking reports, and performing data checks .

  • Coordinate with internal teams on pending documentation and follow‑up items to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with internal procedures.

  • Provide general administrative support, including printing, scanning, document handling, and performing accurate data entry to update internal systems as needed. 

  • Assist with other policy administration and agency administration operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Proficient in Chinese word processing.

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

  • Able to follow internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines relevant to assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with insurance or agency operations is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
