Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the agent onboarding process by assisting with background checks, verifying documentation, and tracking onboarding progress.

  • Prepare, verify, and organize agent-related records and forms.

  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure accurate and accessible records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending documentation, approvals, or compliance requirements.

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in internal systems.

  • Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document handling.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Proficient in Chinese word processing.

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with insurance or agency operations is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
