About the Role
We are looking for an Administrator to help to facilitate the day to day operations within Distribution by ensuring efficient flow of goods through the supply chain, working on complex system queries, performing physical stock inspections, generating reports, investigating discrepancies, and performing associated tasks.
This role is an FTC, which is due to start in July 2025 and end in March 2026.
You will be responsible for the day to day tasks within the Warehouse Administration Team. This will include but not be limited to:
- Run & Monitor system reports and take appropriate action to clear
- Investigate Delivery Error Forms
- Investigate S6 stock
- Investigate ML overages
- Overlook and action open deliveries
- Assist buying office with internal and external queries
- Ensure that all RTV stock is correctly processed. Investigate queries
- Support warehouse team with their Admin function if required
- Assist in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and actions
About You
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as possess good PC literary including SAP, and good knowledge of Microsoft office programs including excel, office and teams.
