We are searching for a self-motivated, proactive administrator with a sense of humour who has the ability to support, motivate and organise our Manawatu Branch, with a smile!

About you:

You will have amazing attention to detail, be super organised and happy to juggle multiple tasks at a time! You love a challenge and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You will be comfortable within blue-collar environment (not corporate) and being on a site surrounded by scaffold!

  • Proven ability to remain cool and thrive in a busy role with conflicting deadlines
  • Strives for a high level of customer satisfaction always (internally and externally).
  • Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels and different nationalities.
  • Customer service: deliver top-notch service internally and externally always
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Communication: great communicator both written and verbal
  • Preferable - experience in SAP software a bonus
