Nursing Home Administrator
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to owners and licensee; and shall operate the facility to ensure that services required by residents at each level of care are available on a regular basis and provided in an appropriate environment in accordance with state and federal rules, regulations and statutes, corporate by laws, policies, procedures and standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree with a current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state the facility is located.
- Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility preferred.
SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:
Responsible person charged with general administration of the building.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the facility’s state
- At least five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
