Job Title:Administrator - Supply Chain

Summary:Responsible for executing and supporting all transportation financial processes within the Transportation Management System (TMS), including freight bill validation, bill/pay workflows, exception resolution, invoice audit, cost allocation, and financial accuracy.
Additionally, this role provides regional transportation planning support, ensuring shipment optimization, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. The position serves as a key link between carriers, regional logistics teams, procurement, finance, and the TMS operations group.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Execute end‑to‑end freight bill ingestion, validation, and approval within TMS.
  • Perform invoice audits to ensure accuracy in rates, accessorial, fuel, and contract application.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies; collaborate with carriers and Finance as needed.
  • Maintain bill/pay master data including rate tables, GL/account mapping, cost centers, and bill-to structures.
  • Support weekly/monthly freight accrual processes with validated shipment and cost data.
  • Monitor bill/pay exceptions and ensure timely closure to enable on‑time carrier payment
  • Support daily and weekly shipment planning for the assigned region (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
  • Ensure transportation plans meet service, cost, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status, manage planning exceptions, and coordinate with sites, planners, and carriers.
  • Optimize load consolidation and mode selection to reduce freight cost while maintaining OTIF.
  • Maintain routing guides, carrier assignment rules, and regional constraints within TMS

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • 2+ years of experience in transportation operations, freight audit/pay, or TMS support.
  • Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP TM, OTM, MercuryGate, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand rates, contracts, and invoice structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional regional language requirements may apply based on business needs or location.

Preferred Qualification :

  • Experience in shared services or managed business services (MBS).
  • Knowledge of regional transportation regulations and carrier operations.
  • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, S2P workflows, or integration with ERP financial modules.
  • Understanding of freight cost allocation and GL structures
