- Executing the NPI WF for assessing trade specific master data details updated.
- Perform product specific regulatory screening, this includes Government website research for assessing Export Control specific conditions applied.
- Execute new customer creation process for compliance due diligence, identifying potential red-flags. This includes performing sanity check for all information provided, performing web-based research, and filing decision summary report
- Experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales with focus on Exports trade activities
- Experienced understanding Know-Your-Customer and Red-Flag processes
- Maintain high level sensitivity to data and details.
- Validation of LTEUD renewals with existing customers.
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, trade compliance or supply chain logistics
- 3 to 5 years work experience in similar work environment in logistics and Trade compliance.
- Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with attention to details
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
- Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid understanding of Logistics, Global Trade compliance.
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS office (excel,PPT,word)
- Compliance /Customs certifications – International
