Job DescriptionIn order to strengthen our team in Athens area, we are looking for an administration specialist to join our existing successful field service team as:
ADMINISTRATOR (she/he)
Tasks in KONECRANES :
- Agreement and asset creation and/or review
- Purchase order receiving
- Order book management
- Invoicing and A/R collections
- Month end closing
- Base reconciliation
- Financial report running
- Expense processing
- Initiate customer master data setup
- other administrative tasks as required
Ideal candidate should have/be:
- accurate working style
- economical education
- safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ability and willingness to learn and work independently
- fluent language knowledge in Greek and English written and verbal
- knowledge of ERP (Business central is a plus)
- on top you convince by our open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as with your engagement and your reliability
Location of job: Athens office
