What You Will Accomplish with Us
As an Administrator, Settlements Team, you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze and carry out various transactions required for plan administration;
- Receive and process client requests received by email;
- Review and verify your colleagues’ non-financial transactions;
- Prepare various reports and tax slips for clients and regulatory authorities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions using Lean tools;
- Participate in the DMS (Daily Management System).

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $54,000 CAD per year; the offered base salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
