Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bedienen von Büro- und IT-Hardware (PC, Scanner, Drucker,) und Software (Office 365, SAP, WebApps)
- Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten (Dokumentenverarbeitung, Kurier, Bestellungen, Gästebetreuung, koordinierende Aufgaben…)
- Umgang mit ERP- und Dokumentensoftware: Eingabe und Bearbeitung von Datensätzen in SAP & Tabellenbearbeitungsprogramm (z.B. Materialbuchungen und Kontrolle der erfassten Daten, statistische Auswertung)
- Prüfung von Analysedaten für die Produktion und Prüfung von Einsatzmaterialien
- Unterstützung bei Inventuren (physisch und elektronisch) und Routinekontrollen
- Unterstützt die Ursachenermittlung bzw. Vermeidung von Abweichungen
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- eine abgeschlossene mind. 2-jährige Berufsausbildung in einem nach dem Berrufsbildungsgesetz anerkannten oder gleichgestellten Ausbildungsberuf.
- die für die Tätigkeit erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten können auch durch entsprechende Berufserfahrungen erworben werden
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte kaufm. Fachkenntnisse und analytische Fähigkeiten und deren kompetente und konsequente Anwendung
- kostenbewußte Arbeitsweise
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
