Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Middle Office Team.
Job specification
Managing the workflow from Fund Managers and Prime Brokers,
Production of soft portfolio NAVs,
Daily Profit & Loss reporting,
Mandate compliance reporting and loading of corporate actions
Daily recons of discrepancies between Middle Office and Prime Brokers reporting,
Accurate and timely booking of trades into Middle Office system,
Involvement in ad hoc projects and assignments aimed towards improving the process efficiencies
Key Competencies:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Academic Requirements & Experience:
Bachelor’s Qualification in Accounting, Finance or Investment.
Quantitative degree with accounting major,
Knowledge of NAV calculation and reconciliation processes beneficial
Comfortable with working with big excel data sets (experience with macros and automation beneficial)
