Zakres obowiązków:

• Obsługa systemu  SAP.
• Utrzymanie zgodności zapasów w obszarze magazynu MRB.
• Terminowe wykonywanie zleceń wysyłkowych.
• Ścisła współpraca z działem jakości i działami wspierającymi.
• Terminowe realizowanie dyspozycji .
• Przestrzeganie zasad BHP , 5S procedur środowiskowych obowiązujących na stanowisku pracy.
• Rejestrowanie reklamacji i scrapów w systemie SAP.
• Zgłaszanie propozycji usprawnień IDEA.
• Obsługa aplikacji PlusWorkflow, GlobalPurge, HelpDesk.
• Wykonywanie raportów , analiza transakcji w systemie SAP, analiza rozbieżności.
• Znajomość procedur środowiskowych obowiązujących na stanowisku pracy.

Czego oczekujemy:

• Znajomości systemu SAP na poziomie średnim.
• Podstawowej wiedzy z zakresu procesów magazynowych.
• Umiejętności efektywnej komunikacji, pracy w zespole oraz dobrej organizacji pracy.
• Otwartości na zmiany i chęci podnoszenia kwalifikacji.
• Podstawowej znajomości pakietu MS Office.
• Zdolności pracy pod presją czasu oraz dyspozycyjności.

Mile widziane:

• Uprawnienia UDT.
• Prawo jazdy kat. B.
