Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure
Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations in one of our Dayton facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
- Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
- Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
- Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
- Assists with team member issue management
- Excellent clinic
- Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
- Census Management
- Accounts receivable
- Controllable Cost Management
- Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
- Manages the CMS Quality Indicators
- Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
- Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Person who desires working with elderly and desires to achieve excellent outcomes for patients/families and staff.
- Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes
- Maintains an active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located
