As IS Administrator, you will…
... be responsible for internal Telia systems Linux/Unix OS maintenance, standard service request fulfillment, and incident management. You will assist the team during the projects and retain a high level of client satisfaction.

We are looking for a quick and adaptable person with strong ownership skills, someone who is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will receive the necessary training and support from the team, as we firmly believe that team success is built on the success of each individual. To thrive in this role, you should be proactive and take responsibility for your tasks, communicate effectively and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and have a growth mindset — staying curious, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.
Your Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience working in IT infrastructure or systems administration roles.
- Linux/Unix knowledge, including command line usage and OS-level troubleshooting.
- Understanding of incident management and service request processes.
- Comfortable using English in both written and spoken form in a professional context.
Nice to have (not mandatory, but a plus):
- Scripting or programming experience (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Basic knowledge of ITIL framework or certification.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 - 4000 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
