Job Description:

• Reports to MPhil DC Supervisor and works closely with team on product/process requests coming typically from production planners and supports the DMS function electronically worldwide.
• Supports global day-to-day DMS activities which include CN processing, data entry and item maintenance of part numbers and associated parameters in various databases, auditing, maintenance of logs, incorporating CN’s into specifications.
• Data Entry and data processing of various electronic and printed data.
• Reviewing Change Notices for correct data and authorizations.
• Process CNs by modifying, posting, revising, and updating existing systems.
• Complete proofing and verifying accuracy of data entry.
• Edit various documents received. Maintain revision control.
• Review and ensure daily processing with changing priorities and expedited requests.
• Maintain various administrative systems such share point.
• File documentation, electronically and hard copy.
• Ensure all written procedures and manuals used conform to corporate standards.
• Miscellaneous copying, filing, scanning, etc. associated with responsibilities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Skilled in computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power point).
• Ability to work as an individual and or as a team member.
• Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Can accommodate flexible time and willingness to render overtime, when needed.
• Adept at prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
