Provide

  • an efficient handling of telephone & reception services to ensure a professional company image
  • welcome, register visitors, notify concerned people; maintain the area in a tidy and representative condition
  • hotel booking, taxi, fight tickets assistance, refreshments arrangements, rental cars + bill´s prep to accounting
  • all incoming phone calls to pick/transfer
  • all 6 meeting rooms preparation for meetings/visitors equipment ordering /purchase, all align with 6S procedure
  • lunches- daily ordering, rules for distributions, weekly checks with restaurant of invoice, monthly invoice check and prep work for accounting and HR lunch cost´s reductions
  • pool cars fleet book weekly check of legislative rq.
  • distribution of stamps, business cards, vouchers, packages, mail-THT, DHL, UPS incoming, outgoing, CZ post delivery
  • Communication and solve problems with some suppliers (vending machines, office supplies, working clothes, sodobars, restaurants etc..)
  • food and beverage vending machines
  • general services to employees in two buildings and visitors

- reservations of conf.rooms, pool cars

- seasonal plant´s decorations, boards up-dated

- system administrations: batches- access, attendance, orders in Oracle. Evidence in the systems

- docs archive

- Working clothes and prev. equipments - ordering and monitoring supplies, unpacking, packing, maintaining warehouse condition, distribution in staff hours, assessing the condition of clothing, record – keeping of personal cards, claims, all communication with supplies, collaboration with EHS in resolving PPE issues – transition into e-system

  • member of Fire patrol and First Aid patrol
  • back up of T&D Specialist
