Administrator: Finance - Credit Control
Job Description
Manage Debtors Book· Identify, resolve and collect on problematic accounts
· Manage external debt collectors daily in line with our strategy
· Monitor status of the book
· Take action to prevent the book from ageing
Ensure that agreed targets are achieved through people and processes
· Contingency plans and consequences management for targets not achieved
· Operational planning, support and guidance to staff. Review performance daily
· Introduce strategies where required to achieve targets, reconcile and resolve problem accounts
Attend to customers as and when required to maintain relationship or resolve problems or respond to queries
· Attend and resolve matters without delay
· Provide feedback to initiator within 24 hours regarding progress made
· Resolve matter accurately in line with expectations and business
Compile and distribute relevant reports to management as per required deadlines
· Operational reports: E.g. Top 10 accounts; 30 Days plus reports; Special reports
· Performance reports E.g. Age analysis
