You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of credit and market risk processes, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows. What you'll do:

  • Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limits, such as new facility, renewal, amendment, suspension or termination in different systems in accordance with credit applications, compliance to the guidelines/rules and be responsible for the integrity of the data;
  • Prepare basic Terms & Conditions of credit facilities in alignment with credit approval;
  • Prepare and monitor daily control reports;
  • Monitor monthly reports of approved conditions/instructions and meet reports deadline as required;
  • Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports;
  • Communicate with relationship managers and/or other stakeholders in respect of credit control issues;
  • Participate in the discussion on the enhancement of workflows and systems and perform the UAT;
  • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation;
  • Adhere to all policies as well as guidelines;
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments.

What you bring:

  • Tertiary education or above;
  • 2 years of relevant experience;  
  • Sound knowledge of policies and processes relating to credit controls;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.

Candidate with less experience/fresh graduate will be considered as Administrator
