Como ADMINISTRATIVO, tus funciones serán:

Atender a clientes y proveedores, tanto telefónica, email o presencialmente.

Preparar y redactar documentación necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de la delegación, incluyendo ofertas comerciales, informes de gestión, cartas, gestión en Meta4, etc.

Gestionar cobro a clientes, tanto telefónico, por email o presencial, así como el registro y gestión de la aplicación interna de gestión de cobros, asegurando los objetivos de saldos establecidos.

Archivo y control de documentación.

Dar soporte en la coordinación de las distintas áreas: técnica, supervisión y comercial.

Asegurar la confidencialidad de la información disponible dentro de su área de trabajo, en cualquier ámbito, función y formato.

Participar en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.

Cumplir en todas sus actuaciones con los absolutos de la empresa (Seguridad, Ética y Calidad).
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
FORMACIÓN: Formación superior en área Administración. Recomendable formación superior o especializada en gestión comercial y/o gestión de cobros.
EXPERIENCIA: experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones administrativas con atención al cliente.
OFIMÁTICA: Dominio MS Office.
IDIOMAS: Español obligatorio. Inglés: nivel B2-C1.
