About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, organized Administrative Support professional to join our Logistics Operations team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth execution of outbound shipments by handling SAP documentation, coordinating pickups with freight forwarders, and keeping internal teams aligned through accurate shipping schedule updates.

What You’ll Do
•    Process and maintain all SAP paperwork for outbound shipments.
•    Communicate daily with freight forwarders and carriers to book pickups, confirm details, and resolve issues.
•    Update the logistics shipping schedule in real time for internal visibility.
•    Support warehouse, planning, customer service, and leadership teams with shipping-related communication.
•    Maintain accurate records, files, and shipment documentation.
•    Assist with logistics reporting, KPIs, and audit/compliance tasks.

What You Bring
•    Experience in logistics, supply chain, administrative support, or similar role.
•    Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
•    Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience working with freight forwarders or transportation providers.
•    Familiarity with export or shipping compliance documentation

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
