Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Billing Specialist to join our team in Fishers Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling warranty claims, following billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Verify claim eligibility by determining warranty coverage and compliance.
- Prepare and submit warranty billing invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Collaborate with the service department to gather necessary information for claim approvals.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and manufacturers regarding warranty coverage and billing issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warranty policies and procedures.
- Additional duties related to warranty billing.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and compliance with established warranty policies and procedures.
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and stay current on changes in warranty regulations.
