Job DescriptionIngram Marine Group is looking for a Administrative Support in the Ashland City, TN area. The Administrative Support role will be responsible for supporting the Ashland City Terminal with administrative functions such as maintaining records, preparing and editing documents and correspondence, data entry, as well as arranging travel, expense management, and scheduling
What you will be doing:
- Answering phones, screening, and routing calls
- Greeting visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants who walk in
- Maintaining department files
- Distributing in-house mail
- Initiating routine and some non-routine correspondence
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinating related arrangements
- Other duties or special projects as assigned
- Supporting department activities with regular and prompt attendance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Team oriented
Education & Experience Preferences/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Years of Experience Required: 0-1 years relative experience
