Are you an experienced and proactive administrative professional with a passion for process improvement and exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment where your ability to prioritize, think critically, and build strong relationships will be highly valued.

The Role

  • Coordinate and streamline purchase orders, invoicing, and payroll amendments to ensure seamless financial processes.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, including managing office supplies and handling reporting tasks.
  • Use your Excel expertise to manipulate data, generate insightful reports, and track key metrics to inform decision-making
  • Assist with recruitment processes, from scheduling interviews to onboarding new team members and coordinating training programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key people metrics with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear and effective communication across teams..
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align administrative support with business priorities
  • Build strong relationships with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 + Years in a similar role in a busy and dynamic environment
  • A demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on fostering positive employee relations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • A proactive mindset with a proven track record of streamlining administrative processes to enhance team efficiency.
