We are seeking for an enthusiast Administrative Specialist to support various business and operational activities across Nokia Japan. This role offers flexibility in scope and responsibilities based on business needs, individual capabilities, and professional development opportunities.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across different functions and contribute to a wide range of administrative, coordination, and support activities in an international environment.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with document preparation, data management, and reporting activities.
- Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update internal records, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business processes and projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, correspondence, and other business materials.
- Support compliance with internal procedures and policies.
- Perform general office and business support activities as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Collaborate effectively in a multicultural and international work environment.
This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension or renewal based on business needs and individual performance.
You have:
- Business-level in Japanese and English is a must.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer support, project support, or related functions.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and business systems.
