Position Summary
The Administrative Scheduler serves as the primary onsite scheduling and administrative support resource for Inter-con client’s security program. This role is responsible for staffing coordination, scheduling accuracy, workforce support, payroll discrepancy resolution, and operational administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling operations.
- Coordinate staffing coverage and schedule adjustments.
- Maintain staffing rosters and reports.
- Support onboarding and training coordination.
- Utilize Salesforce, GANTT scheduling systems, and Paycom.
- Assist with payroll discrepancy resolution.
- Generate operational and staffing reports.
- Partner closely with Operations Management.
- Support workforce retention and staffing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1–3 years of scheduling, administrative, workforce coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Paycom, or workforce management systems.
- Scheduling or staffing coordination experience.
- Security industry experience preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility may be required to address urgent staffing needs.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
