As Administrative Program Coordinator, you will support DDI Research by performing various data entry, dashboard updating and oracle ordering tasks for the team. You will gain useful hands-on experience from some of the best researchers in the field, helping establish a unique skillset you can use to advance the Professional Ladder or explore other opportunities within the Cleveland Clinic System.
A caregiver in this position works days form 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with potential for a remote/hybrid schedule.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Function as a liaison and administrative, technical and operational resource.
- Assist the Director with projects and daily tasks.
- Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.
- Develop communications and databases.
- With guidance from Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
- Update, monitor and manage databases.
- Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
- Analyze project improvement and progress.
- Report discrepancies and variances.
- Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
- Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
- Support all office administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
- May require a license based on department/institute needs
- Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Healthcare or related organization experience
- Knowledge of project management and communication practices
- Oracle/research experience

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
