About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative & Executive Assistant to support our growing US team. In this role, you'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting office operations, and assisting with a variety of projects. You'll also support company events and conferences and assist the Marketing team with event-related initiatives as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and thrives on being the person who keeps everything on track.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and deliveries.
- Organize team lunches, events, and employee activities.
- Coordinate company conferences and support Marketing with event planning and logistics as needed.
- Support travel arrangements and expense coordination.
- Assist with interview scheduling and general administrative tasks.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks and day-to-day support as needed.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role from a hi-tech company, preferably a small startup.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
- Available to work part-time.
- Able to work from our NYC office one day per week.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000–$140,000 (based on experience)
