Job Description
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, entry visas, hotels, and transportation, aligning to the travel schedules and preferences.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Manage company vehicles (servicing schedules, registration renewals, driver coordination).
  • Oversee office maintenance, supplier contracts, stationery, and pantry supplies.
  • Handle company house correspondence, including lease agreements, maintenance etc.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues handling corporate and business department duties.
  • Support the HR and administration of MEA regional Offices.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, confidentiality & compliance mind.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive in learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
