This role is for an experienced administrative professional to deliver consistent business results within assigned areas of responsibility, based on thorough knowledge of the departmental lines, and the broader organization. The role requires a proactive and independent administrative professional contributing consistent and high-quality business results. What You Will Achieve
- Meeting management (internal, and with external partners) including offsite meetings
• - Organization and coordination of inbound and outbound travel (agenda, reservations, logistics)
- Monitoring of budget and tracking spend by function and line item at least on a quarterly basis
- Support towards recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Help develop documents, presentations, and announcements as required
- Maintain org charts, resourcing plans, dashboards and trackers as needed
- Representing department in contract negotiations, and interface with internal and external partners, as needed
- Key collaborator with enabling functions to ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Point-of-Contact for third party vendors, as decided
- Partner with site leaders on key initiatives and meetings
- Key contributor towards planning and execution of department and site-level employee engagement activities
- Support external engagements as needed, e.g., community outreach towards Pfizer's CSR activities
- Advise colleagues on administrative procedures and processes, as needed
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Excellent command of English and as applicable, local languages
- At least 7 years of experience as an administrative professional
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders (VP/SVP/MD - heads of functions) and large teams (>100 colleagues)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization in a professional, positive, and discreet manner
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Visio etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such
as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
