We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations;
- Plan and manage logistics for team activities, including business development;
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements with partners, clients, advisors, etc;
- Manage schedules and make appointments/bookings where required;
- Support the team with data entry and database management;
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events;
- Perform other ad hoc team support functions as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
