We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Singapore Research team as an Administrative Executive. You will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the Singapore Research team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around managing our Office Automation (OA) system, handling travel applications and coordination, and processing expenses claims. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various other tasks such as technical automation, optimizing travel processes, and liaising with other internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and process travel applications for employees.
- Manage the processing of expenses claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the automation of office procedures, streamlining administrative tasks to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars and organizing documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role in banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in managing travel applications and expenses claims.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
