Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and
career-driven Administrative / Entry-level Project Coordinator to
support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical
construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our office
in Titusville.
Position
Summary:
We are
seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Entry-Level Project
Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of a
multi-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive
individual who is eager to grow in the field of construction project
coordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day administrative
operations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of
large-scale projects from the jobsite.
- Badging as needed, generating and track material
purchase orders, maintain safety certification records for all jobsite
manpower.
- Coordinate the collection and timely submission of
weekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
- Support project managers by maintaining project
schedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
- Track project milestones, progress, and budget
allocations, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
- Prepare reports and meeting materials for internal and
external stakeholders.
- Maintain project filing systems, records, and databases
with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members,
subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate logistics for project meetings, site visits,
and team activities.
- Assist with risk management documentation and
compliance reporting.

- Experience
in related field is preferred.
- Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting is preferred.
- Excellent
organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong
numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
- Effective
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Prior
internship or administrative experience in project coordination or
construction/engineering sectors is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily an office position and, as
such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light
objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects
weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You
must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by
the job.
