Position Summary
This position is an on‑site role. The administrative coordinator will work with the operations department and help manage production SAP activities. In addition, the administrative coordinator will be involved in production and delivery scheduling, site purchasing, and inventory management activities. The administrative coordinator will also support other plant activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production, business, and other processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment.
- Support all SAP plant activities.
- Assist with site purchasing.
- Help manage the customer delivery schedule.
- Support special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior on-site experience in a related field.
- Possess attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Coupa experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $67,310.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Similar Jobs
